What Katy Did...

What Katy Did..., situated in Bampton, is owned and run by Kate Halliburton who, as well as being a highly qualified and experienced clothing designer has found a local and increasing demand for her country style interiors. Kate works from her small shop where she takes the beautiful Devon countryside as her inspiration and finds that by working with local crafts people she can create well-designed and welcoming environments that reflect the local landscape. What Katy Did Weddings was set up after Kate's personal experience of organising a traditional country wedding in Devon. Kate set about the project as she was unable to find anyone that could provide a service with the attention to detail that she required. It became an exciting venture for her and for all the local people involved. Proving a huge success, it provided Kate with a springboard from which to establish herself as a country wedding and event stylist.
