Tone Valley Jazz Band

The Tone Valley Jazz Band was formed in 1959 by a group of local musicians living in the Taunton area. These days, although some of the original members are playing, they live in different parts of the South West but are still dedicated to the cause of keeping the band going. The band mainly performs in the south and west of the country, South Wales with occasional trips to France and actually Paris for weddings and special events. The Tone Valley Jazz Band has appeared on television, radio and also in films in different guises. The music is easy to listen to, with melodies that everyone knows and good foot tapping rhythms. The ensemble is now entering their 48th year with not a gold watch in sight! They would like to thank the producers of cast conditioned ale for their success and hope, with the right blend of ale and good living, they will make their goal of 50 years.
