Wednesday 7.00 - 8.30 adults
Thursday 6.30 - 7.30 Children

We are a fitness based martial arts club though we train a core base of competitors for open kickboxing competitions. We are affiliated to the AMA and operate an open and friendly club inviting all to train with us no matter what your requirements we are here to help. ...
